How do I know if an item is out of stock?
We work to keep the Woeber website updated with our latest inventory. Please visit the Contact Page for inquiries about inventory and discontinued items.
Where can you ship products?
Woeber currently ships products throughout the United States. Since our products are shipped via UPS we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you provide shipping discounts?
We don’t currently provide shipping discounts on our website because the cost of shipping is generated by UPS. However, we’ve adjusted the price of items on our website to accommodate the cost of shipping and keep our products affordable.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
We ship via UPS because it’s the most reliable transportation method, and UPS generates the shipping costs. We do not mark up or profit off shipping. To account for the cost of shipping, we’ve adjusted the price of items on our website and keep our products affordable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online store accepts gift certificates, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.
Do you sell Woeber gift cards?
Gift cards are available for purchase here and are emailed directly to the recipient. Value can be between $1 to $1,000. All gift certificates are nonrefundable.
